Terms of service
The terms for invited radiologists evaluating Nurrad with synthetic study data.
Version v0.2.5
At a glance
- Use only synthetic studies. Pilot reports must not be used for patient care.
- Keep your account private and your professional information accurate.
- Review every report yourself. AI and second opinions support your judgment.
1. Your agreement with Nurrad
These terms are between you and Nurrad Health Limited, referred to as Nurrad, we or us. They govern your account and your use of the current pilot. Accepting these terms forms an agreement with us. If you do not agree, do not complete enrolment or use the pilot.
Your personal acceptance does not, by itself, create an agreement with an employer or healthcare institution.
2. What the pilot permits
The pilot is an evaluation environment for invited radiologists. Access is restricted to enrolled accounts using an invited email address.
Use only synthetic images and synthetic study details. Images originating from real patients are outside the permitted scope, even if their names or other identifiers have been removed. Do not enter real patient information in reports, AI inputs, second opinions, attachments or support messages.
Reports produced or signed in the pilot are evaluation records. They must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, referral or any other patient-care decision. Nurrad is not an emergency service.
Each account has an allowance of 30 study registrations for the pilot. Deleting a study does not restore that allowance. Features may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn during evaluation, and we may end the pilot.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old, registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and hold a current annual practising licence. Work only within your professional competence.
Provide accurate and complete information and a genuine copy of the requested MDCN certificate. Uploading a certificate or completing enrolment does not mean that Nurrad has independently verified your registration, licence or qualifications.
Keep editable practice and contact information current in Settings. Contact support@nurrad.com to correct protected identity or credential information. Stop using the pilot and tell us promptly if your registration or licence lapses, is restricted or is suspended.
4. Your account and sign-in
You sign in through Microsoft Entra External ID. The pilot sign-in flow uses an email one-time passcode and relies on access to your email account. Nurrad does not store an account password for you.
Protect access to your email account and your Nurrad session. Do not share your account or sign-in codes. You are responsible for your own use of the account and for taking reasonable steps to prevent misuse. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Upload real patient data, include another person's confidential information, or attempt to identify a person from study data.
- Access accounts, studies or systems without permission, or bypass access restrictions.
- Test the platform's security without our written authorisation.
- Upload malicious files, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the platform except where applicable law permits it.
- Share a colleague's report or consultation outside the pilot without appropriate permission.
If you accidentally submit prohibited information, stop sharing it and contact support@nurrad.com immediately. Do not repeat the sensitive information in your message; describe where it was submitted.
6. Reports and decision support
You are responsible for reviewing the images, findings and impression in every report you sign. Check and correct any text suggested by AI. AI outputs may be wrong, incomplete, delayed or unavailable.
A colleague's second opinion is advice. It does not transfer responsibility for your signed report to that colleague or to Nurrad. The Clinical responsibility and AI acknowledgement explains this workflow and the pilot's patient-care restriction.
7. Ownership and permitted use of your work
Nurrad's software, branding and platform materials belong to us or our licensors. You retain any rights you hold in the material you submit and the reports you write. These terms do not override an employer's, institution's or another person's rights.
You give us permission to store, display and process your pilot work to provide the features you use, including AI analysis and sharing with eligible colleagues. We may use aggregate, non-identifying measures of pilot usage and performance to evaluate the service. This permission does not authorise using your study content to train an AI model or publishing identifiable reports.
We may use feedback you choose to provide to evaluate and improve Nurrad. This does not change any separate written agreement between you and Nurrad.
8. Data and related documents
The Privacy policy explains how we handle your account and professional information. The Data processing agreement governs the handling of study data. Read both alongside these terms.
Your acknowledgement of the Privacy policy records that you have received the notice. It is not blanket consent to unrelated uses of your information.
9. Suspension and account closure
We may suspend or close your account for a breach of these terms, a professional eligibility issue, a security incident, a legal requirement or the end of the pilot. We will explain the reason where doing so is lawful and does not compromise security or an investigation.
You may stop participating and ask support@nurrad.com to close your account. Stopping participation or closing an account does not automatically erase signed records, agreement evidence or other records that remain necessary for a lawful purpose. The Privacy policy and Data processing agreement explain the relevant retention criteria and deletion restrictions.
10. Availability and liability
The pilot is provided for evaluation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every image, or correct AI outputs. Keep any evaluation materials you need independently of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Nurrad is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the pilot. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits your statutory rights, or removes Nurrad's applicable security and data-protection duties.
You must not use pilot outputs for patient care. This restriction does not turn this agreement into a waiver of Nurrad's own legal obligations.
11. Versions and governing law
The published version and effective date identify the terms that apply. We keep evidence of the version you accepted. Material changes to contractual terms require notice and acceptance before continued use.
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria. This does not prevent you from exercising a statutory right or complaining to a regulator.
12. Contact
Nurrad Health Limited operates the pilot from Abuja, Nigeria. Contact support@nurrad.com about your account, these terms or your data. General enquiries may be sent to info@nurrad.com.
